IW[9/17-?]: Impact Wrestling Rating
Last night's episode of Impact Wrestling garnered a 1.11 rating with 1.60 million viewers. That number is down in the overall rating but up in average viewers from last week, when it drew a 1.16 and 1.51 million viewers.

The show ranked #36 among cable TV shows in overall viewers for the night, #21 in the male 18-34 demographic and #15 among males 18-49, all of which are below the 2011 average. The show had competition from Jersey Shore on MTV, which premiered to an audience of 7.5 million viewers, as well as the Miami Heat game on TNTwhich drew 3 million viewers. The demo ratings were about even with last week's show.

Below are the quarter-hour breakdown for the Impact ratings:

Q1: 1.23 rating - Segment with Sting, Bobby Roode, Bully Ray and Kurt Angle, plus Jeff Hardy, Abyss and James Storm
Q2: 1.09 rating - TNAW Knockouts Tag Team Titles match
Q3: 1.22 rating - Second-half of the Knockouts Tag Title match, backstage segments
Q4: 1.16 rating - Rob Van Dam vs. Gunner
Q5: 1.12 rating - Second-half of RVD vs. Gunner, backstage promos for the main event, X-Division tag match
Q6: 1.03 rating - Second-half of the X Division tag match, first-half of the Wild Card tag tournament finals
Q7: 0.99 rating - Second-half of the Wild Card tag tournament finals
Q8: 1.05 rating - Six-man tag match
